Spring Clean Up

Core Aeration
Mechanical creation extraction of soil plugs from the lawn using an aeration machine. Improves the air exchange between the soil and atmosphere for better growth. *This service leaves soil plug on the lawn that will break down in a short time.
Lawn & Bed Maintenance
Includes collection and removal of any debris prior to cutting, mowing of all grass areas with trimming along all shrub beds, tree wells and flowerbeds. All grass clippings will be blown from sidewalks, driveways and paved areas. Starting at $45.00/cut for weekly maintenance.
Fall Clean Up
Removal of leaves and debris from grass areas, tree wells, flower beds, sidewalks, and paved areas. Final cut and trim of the season.Fall clean-up will be completed by the end of October once most of the leaves (at least 60%) have fallen. **Weather Dependent**

Monthly Snow Shovelling
Includes unlimited hand removals and site visits – April and October Winter service will be invoiced at half of the monthly winter rate. Snow removal from all sidewalks, walkways, entrances and steps with 24 hours of a snowfall stopping. Extra areas can be included once scope of work is confirmed.
Per-Time Removal
Snow removal required outside of winter contract dates will be charged at a per time rate. Please note we will not go out in these months when the snow or ice is going to melt in a timely manner. We will only remove on heavy snowfall or ice that pose a risk to site safety. These "shoulder" periods will be charged on a per -time basis, or 1/2 month rate, whichever is less.
De-Icer
Application of deicer in conjunction with snow removal or on an as-needed basis for an additional charge of $2.25/KG.
We use only professional-grade de-icer, which is environmentally friendly and the least corrosive product on the market. For more information on the de-icer we use "Click here". Options such as eco-traction are available, should this be a requirement of your site. Eco Traction is an additional charge of $3.50/KG.
Plowing
Roadways and parking areas will be plowed upon accumulation of 5 cm’s or more. Snow will be piled where our operator deems appropriate unless otherwise noted by client. Pile locations can affect the per time plow price. We require confirmation from our clients as to where piles are to go.
Sanding
Sanding may be required for accumulations that do not require plowing as well as when lot is slippery due to ice buildup or freeze and thaw cycle. Sanding of roadways and parking lots is also done after plows to ensure site is kept safe. Occupied parking areas will not be sanded.
Skid-Steer
Lot clean up and moving of snow piles to green spaces, $95.00/hr min of 3 hours. Removal of ice with ice chipping attachment, note this is a lengthy process and is extremely hard on the equipment. $125.00/hr min of 2 hours.
Snow Hauling Description
Removal of snow off site, including skid steer. $275.00/ 10 yard load min of 3 loads.
